Ever since I was a little kid, I knew that I was different in some way (not better than anyone, just DIFFERENT). However, this realization adopted a more negative connotation when I went through adolescence. I didn't have (or want) that much of a social life, I was always the quiet kid in the room, and I'm a huge introvert. My personality/lifestyle didn't coalesce with societal expectations, so I naturally thought that something was wrong with me, that I had to improve/change in some way.

When I went into adulthood, I wasn't initially true to who I was anymore. I developed a very destructive inferiority complex; I thought that if someone didn't like me, it was because of something that *I* said or did. I was the archetypal people-pleaser, and I felt that if people liked me, it would vindicate that nothing was wrong with me. I based my self-esteem on what others thought of me, which was a BIG MISTAKE!!

After spending a lot of time in solitude, I was able to rediscover who I was. I found my inner kid. After having several toxic encounters with people who exhibited narcissistic mentalities, I also rediscovered the don't-give-a-fuck attitude that I also used to have as a kid. Don't get me wrong, I care greatly about the well-beings of others, but if they don't accept me for who I am, I will NOT light myself on fire just to keep them warm.

Find your true self, find your inner kid. Remember, as kids (elementary school-aged), we were our truest selves; as adults, we try so hard to be something we're not. In adolescence, that's when we're first inundated with all of these toxic societal messages and stigmas. We lose our true selves as we become young adults.

Today, I have one close friend, and I LOVE my alone time; I embrace myself as a lone wolf. Diversity of perspective - along with relative abundance of solitude - cultivates self-awareness. Your birth gives you existence, but self-awareness is what makes you feel ALIVE! Embrace who you are... and LIVE!

At times, I feel like I am a sigma male. I don't even fight for any female attention. For instance, I like living and being alone. I don't go out to meet women or even have conversations with them. "It's better to be alone then to have somebody stab you in the back." Also, I am better off never looking for love/romance in this living world. Because, in this living world, there are a lot of evil, heartless, rotten, uncaring, vile and self-centered women. And lucky for me, I'm not a relationship guy!!

Yesterday my ex am I were working the same shift. Since the break up I became silent with her, speaking only the necessary things relevant for our activity. She said that now she is talking with herself, because I am not talking with her the same way I used to. I replied saying she is doing a good job, and I wasn't planning to distract her. I get tired of the stereotypes that imply sigma males are all rich, good looking, well built and free to do whatever they want, which also makes them good with women. This aforementioned implication is what empowers them, instead of their personality, and intellect on their own; the true things that define and truly personifies a sigma. What is more disturbing is that some people actually believe the implications of the thumbnails.
