After you have cooked all the other ingredient except Dahi, let it cool down completely. Then add Dahi and whisk it and serve. Don't put it back on the flame otherwise it will curdle (fut jayega).

Add the curd after veggies are off the stove and cooled or else curd will break and it tastes bad.
