Slackline Tricks #12 Surfing Drill

Показать описание
Surfing is one of the 3 basic motions on the slackline (left-right, up-down, rotation). It's a must for all serious slackliners. To master the art of surfing, I find it really helpful to practice it with all different feet angles (0, 45, 90) and on both sides. Also, setting yourself a clear goal (5, 10, 50 repetitions) really helps to get over the habit of falling and build more controlled exits. While surfing, make sure you breathe at the same tempo as your surfs. Focus on your exhale and let the inhale happen naturally. Surfing will change dramatically from one line to the other. It's actually a good way to test or feel a new line and compare different lines. It's not an easy move, so keep it up an enjoy the ride!
