When I was in high school I read the book "The Sugar Blues". I cut white sugar and white flour out of my diet. Shortly afterwards I took the state tests. My counselor called me into his office because my score had significantly increased to mid 90 percentiles. I told him I had changed my diet. I'm pretty sure he thought I had cheated until he talked with me.

I cooked some veggie burgers. I got tired of eating them. When I get full, I usually put meat or boiled eggs by the bushes on the side of my house for the dogs to eat when they are getting their walks. They eat them as a snack. The veggie burger sat there for a week. It never even spoiled. The dogs didn’t even try to eat them. 😂

My mom and grandma preached this message decades ago. We didn’t have junk food in our home. We had real food. Foods that don’t come with long unpronounceable words.
We also have 2 big veg gardens and add more fruit trees to our gardens each year. I also believe that Alzheimer’s has everything to do with what we eat and drink and lifestyle. I know a lady who has a form of Alzheimer’s brought on because of daily alcohol consumption.

I haven't experience this YET, or not that I was aware of at least. I HAVE noticed that I get very sluggish and immediately extremely sleepy when I eat junk.

They're doing this with fluoride in the water as well. IQs of children are lower in fluoridated treated areas in comparison to non-fluoridated water areas.

I am glad that I found your channel. My brothers are providing my mothers care. It can be very frustrating to try to inform them of the PhD. We are all allowed to make our own choices. Unfortunately, the medical professionals. Ie doctors and nurses are giving them diet advice. My brothers are quite happy to throw it back in my face. You cannot win them all.
