it may be somewhat restricted but if you prepare early then it's like buying alcohol in the US, easy.
the video title is technically incorrect as you may sell light beer in any grocery store and there is different types of alcohol in the hardware store. silly me.

Early 2000's you had to go to the chasier and tell them what you wanted and they would bring it to you. Meaning; you couldn't even grab the things you wanted yourself. Going from childhood memories from when my father or grandfather would buy Alcohol tough.
