So insane, ended up getting an extremely rare Venusaur encounter! I'm happy with the eggs but sadly we didn't get a Lapras but we did get a lot of candies so that's always a plus!
the main reason why I'm hatching eggs rather than hunting is that its much more effective when trying to get higher IV pokemon. Generally pokemon that hatch from eggs have 70%+ IV's which is good. I'm currently aiming for 95% but I still haven't gotten a perfect yet and I'm level 25.
