If you were a teenager or adult football fan in 2001-2002, you remember where you were when Brady pulled that off whether or not you were rooting for New England. 19 year old me at the time sensed we were watching something special. Well today 21 years and 7 Super Bowl rings later, he retired apparently for good. It was a pleasure to respectfully root against him and his teams. Thank you.

I was 10 years old watching this Super Bowl. Now I’m 27 and will be watching the Patriots, still led by Tom Brady, take on the Rams in the Super Bowl again.

This really shows how much the NFL has changed. The fact that Madden even suggests playing for overtime with 1:21 left feels insane by today's standards.

That's more then enough time to do damage to the opposing team, tire the defense, clock the ball, get out of bounds. Even if the offense is without Time outs.
