Work steps :
1) Go to Channels and Copy of the Blue layer
2) Go to Filter_Other_High Pass...
3) Go to Image_Calculations and set the blending mode to Hard Light
4) We repeat this neighborhood three times
5) Select Brush tool whit White color
6) Click Load channel as selection
7) We go to layer RGB
8) Select Rectangular Marquee Tool
9) Right-Click and click Select Inverse
10) Go to View_Extras
11) Go to Image_Adjustments_Curves...
12) Select Spot Healing Brush Tool
13) Brush acne
14) The End
