My oldest daughter get her period last year and it was so helpful to have given her a kit like this! Knix undies have also been a godsend!

🍵 Great idea and thoughtful contents. Love the hot water bottle! I'm sure this will be a great help for this young woman. I might include a few things like you said her mom will be doing. I'd add new undies, pads/liners, pain reliever, and a small pouch for her to place her sanitary items inside when out and about to be discreet.

🍵yea no I was one who did not want to do anything with conversation let alone let them when I was on. Oh yea sister wanted to show how to use a tampon. Great idea on the basket . Something I would consider my oldest is 8 not there yet either.
