Above all things you mentioned, the best thing Greece gave to world is how to live and enjoy life. Life is not all about making money, business etc etc (see Northern European countries), life is having a nice fish by the seaside or a coffee enjoying the sunset. Beauty of life is in simple things. :)

The most important is that, Greece kept and spread the Orthodox Faith, that is the historical Faith of the Holy, Unique, and Apostolic Church. So if you visit Greece, give yourself the chance to attend an Orthodox Holy Service usually being held 08:00-09:00 on Sundays, just to live the experience! You may live it abroad too, in Greek Orthodox Churches.
