Lemon Olive Oil Cake

Ingredients:

300ml olive oil
3 large eggs
250g caster sugar
297ml milk
2tsp vanilla extract
250g flour
Half tsp baking powder
Half tsp baking soda
Zest and juice of one lemon
Powdered sugar

For cream:
2tbsp cream cheese
1tbsp yogurt
Powdered sugar
Lemon juice

For candied zest:
237ml water
200g sugar
4 lemons zest
