'It already happened': Report exposes extent of Trump's abuse of power while in office

A commonly expressed concern about a potential second Trump administration is that the "adults in the room" who kept Donald Trump from expressing some of his more destructive impulses will no longer be present, leaving Trump free to abuse his power to persecute his personal and political enemies. Michael Schmidt, Washington Correspondent for the New York Times, talks with Alex Wagner about new reporting that shows Trump was already weaponizing the federal government when he was in office.
