Temtem Hands-On: How it Is (and Isn't) Like Pokemon

Our first impressions of Temtem, an MMORPG inspired by Pokemon. But, just how similar is Temtem to Pokemon? We take a look at similarities and differences we experienced after playing Temtem's Alpha build for about five hours.

Stamina sounds like a great idea, instead of, for example, relying on just one Type-Advantage Pokemon to wipe out a gym lol.

Let’s not forget that Temtem (on full release) will come out for PC, PlayStation, Xbox, AND the Switch. Whereas standard Pokémon games have always been on Nintendo hardware and will continue to be.

We’ve never had an experience this complete similar to Pokémon on other platforms. There are rumors that it’ll be crossplay at release as well. If that’s the case, it could be a game changer. Especially since it’s an MMO as well.
