Boeing 767 Static Discharge on takeoff!

Our Channel is focused on LIVE Plane Spotting from Manchester International Airport, UK. Live streaming from the Runway Visitor Park, Manchester Airport. Currently using dual runway ops at MAN, catching airplanes taking off and landing on two separate runways. The second busiest of the airports in the UK behind London Heathrow (LHR). We livestream the aviation live action multiple times a week, our usual schedule is:

These seems rare to me but I'm wondering how often you see it with all the time you put into this?

I don't see a static discharge. I see a red flash that looks like that top red strobe light reflecting off the wet wing surface.
I don't see the strobe flashing before that, or at the same time, but all the angles are right and it does flash after. Maybe it has a narrow beam.
I have seen static discharge, and that didn't look like it. I have trouble thinking static charge would build up that fast, in rain, but a thunderstorm carries a lot of charge.
There are devices to prevent static buildup on most big airplanes.

I did see the engine inlet ducts pulling enough air in to cause pressure drop and condensation.
