The Eusebe family takes us on a tour of their gorgeous Tiny House. They decided to downsize for several reasons, including the ability to travel while working remotely and reducing their overall expenses. So, although this is one of the more expensive Tiny Homes we've featured ($120,000 purchase price), it's still saving this family money in their utilities and monthly mortgage payments. Not too bad for a family of four!

One of the best presentations ever! This delightful couple have obviously thought through all their family's concerns and addressed each one including how they talk about living in "TJ".
I was particularly taken by how they both described their house, storage, and family flow, without needing to open cabinets and step storage to show all their stuff. Felt like they respected their and the children's privacy. Kudos to them and the crew!

What a gr8 floorplan. The trick of a tiny house . . . not an inch of wasted space . . . in turn . . . a lot less time cleaning. A nice cozy home for a lovely family

They are so sweet! They seem really genuine too, like it’s not over the top like “we are the perfect instagram family, we never argue, our life is perfection!!!” They just have a real contentment to me.
I loved the bit about the grass lol and I love the paint colour! Original and cute.

A beautiful home. A well-thought-out floor plan. I really like the size of the bathroom with the laundry. One of the best layouts I've seen. The entire family was lovely but I think the daughter will have you all on your toes for years to come. She is a cutie.
