I was curious so I went to look up the Wander Beauty Trailblazer palette and the shades are designed/picked by and named for the all female Wander Beauty team, which is honestly really sweet. Good job on that one, Wander!

As someone who works in a factory/warehouse setting, my guess about the clear stickers on the boxes is: they got a bad batch of stickers and so they had to re-seal the box and in order to make sure the box would remain sealed, placed two on each side, orrrr there was a problem at one point with some of these boxes and they had to be sorta... reopened for quality purposes and that'd also account for some of those stickers being sliced in the center. But I'm just guessing -- it just sounds kinda familiar to the stuff we have to do on occasion.
