you are right. pricing and volume is important. to be succesful you have to sell your service at a higher price and at high quantities..You are right on about value and price. Price is just a myth. if you sell value people will buy it!

The worst part about starting a
detail business for me is. Having
to have family member drive you
to your clients house for a detail.
Can't afford to get a vehicle right
now. (So embarrassing.)

I do not publish my pricing either. I have had it work against me too often. or I tell them all prices are a starting price.

big mistake #6 and a half Oscar, you should never promote your business to friends and family because they're the main ones who's gonna want a cheaper price and discounts, I've seen it happen first, then I experienced it for myself. I know people family are different, but it's how it is...
