Server-sent events - what are they are how to use them with Laravel and JS

In this video, we are going to learn about Server-sent events. This is a great tool which you can use to communicate from server to client.

In prod with php-fpm, will each fpm child process be alive for a really long time ? i.e as long as it is streaming to a user ?.
