The woman at the end is still trying to figure out what was going on 😆

I love how self aware he is. I need that dopamine hit when I check it off the list. I feel seen.

"It will take an extra 10 minutes, but at least he wasn't bored" 🤣. Man as someone recently diagnosed, this video checked off every box. Amazing. This is also like me trying to get work done on my laptop. Hence why I'm watching this video in the first place.

That was awesome. I love the british narrator saying 'crisps' for chips.

Slightly more accurate would be finding the socket wrench just after he bought one. It has happened so many times. Of course remembering to return the new one is a whole new hassle.

The way you said “Costco” and “textual message” almost took me out 😂😂

Yesterday, I watched a funny YouTube video of a guy making fun of his wife's messy car, and there's a commenter saying the same thing about his wife and daughter. Men treat their cars well, right? Penn's video gave me the validation because my husband's trunk is full of treasures! I just recently found a wall calendar in there with our baby's photos. The baby is now 12 years old. 😆

Seeing and relating to postings about ADHD has made me realize I just might have it. I've been dealing with so many of the symptoms my whole life that I can't ignore a possible self diagnosis.

I no longer rely on handwritten lists though. I now put the lists on my phone's notebook.
I also set alarms for EVERYTHING! When I'm out and about, an alarm will keep me on track. I give myself a set amount of time to do a specific chore. If the chore isn't done when the alarm goes off, I snooze it. Voila! Nothing forgotten!
The alarm and notebook features have really helped me.
Now I just need to remember to bring my phone!

I loved the guy in the background when you walked into Costco! You made his day as he had the biggest smile. My hubby and daughter both have ADHD. My hubby is a bit more ADHDer. 😊 Before he leaves the house, I gladly do his 'leaving the house checklist' with him- glasses, cell, wallet, keys and list. Its my little way to help him because he does so much more for his disabled wife. ADHD is his super power, too!

Life hack for lost tools for people with ADHD: buy a new one and the old one will immediately reappear like magic. And then you have a spare! That you will never find when you need it

Actual thing that helps me: whenever you put something away, first think, "I should put this somewhere smart". When you later try to find it, think "If I was smart, where would I have put this?" Usually that leads me to the correct location much faster

The best was my husband threw this on the TV when my son and I (both adhd) were on the couch avoiding getting ready for the day. 🤣

Thank you, Holderni ! I needed a laugh this morning. The lady's reaction in the background at Cosco was priceless. Missing from the video: How Penn actually paid for all that stuff without dropping it. 😀

I'm serious when I say I've never considered that I had ADHD, but MAN, this was like watching a documentary on myself! Now I'm questioning so many things...

he didn't forget to drop off the dry cleaning. He was in the parking lot, opened the trunk and moved on, having already dropped off the dry cleaning- at least in his mind! I do this all the time. Shopping carts are for losers! Ha! So true!!

YES! I never thought that I might have adhd, but I do get impatient and try to find shortcuts in traffic and lights, and getting through the electronics department is really a neat trick. I don't usually use lists, I just think I can remember everything I need, but then I forget the one thing I absolutely
