Or, you can go to settings, go to system at the top left corner, go to headset tracking, and choose your hertz. There’s two things and you want to click the bottom one, not headset tracking.

How to change your Hertz with your Quest only... *The actual way:*

1st method: Settings > System > Power > Battery Saver.
*(Doesn't work if you already changed your Hertz, basically it lowers the Headset's resolution and more stuff making it go from 90 Hz to 72 Hz.)*

2nd method: SideQuest on your VR.
*(Only an specific way and version I think works the same as the PC and Laptop, IT'S NOT SIDEQUEST VR.)*

There is an easier way…
Basically you want to go to the settings in your oculus quest, click system and turn the 120hz refresh rate on, then you want to go to headset tracking and click ‘auto’. Then pick between ‘auto’, ‘60’ or ‘50’.

Friendly reminder:
You CAN NOT change your Hz (Hertz) in your headset. What your doing is making your controllers tracing frequency laggy, controllers use Hrz not Hz. I don't know why people think this changes your game, it literally says its for tracking.
You can notice that it does not effect the game, and if you think restarting your headset will change your Hrz it would say in the settings that you would need to restart your headset.

Alright some people are too stupid to understand hrz and hz are the same thing but when you change headset tracking it doesn’t effect your gameplay because its controller tracking you need to change, which you need side quest for
