Stuff like this is why every Gunpla builder needs to get themselves an HGBF Ballden Arms set. Those extra ball-joints would give you a lot of extra options on how to attach these things.

i love the concept of main characters wearing Desert cloaks, From master chief to Frozen teardrop gundams.

I can imagine Amuro roaming the place with the rx-78, all beaten, bruised, half missing and supremely outdated when people thought he disappeared yet a mysterious legend to all.

funny enough Kotobukiya also made a similar cape/cloak accessory in their Modeling Support Goods line.

One thing you can use the first cloak for (or something I want to test) is that you can use it on the Aerial by splitting the Aerial at waist, and use it there as a form of waist coat, as long as you remove the back middle section of the cloak.

This will look sick on the 30MF knight looking mechs! An armored knight mech with a cloth partially covering the armor is activating the chuuni part of my brain.

the cape one with the balljoint has alot of potential to be a super sentai or power ranger mech thing

You should have tried them with HG Barbie or Vidar (if that aint in the dungeon). IBO gundam frames have pretty long shoulder ball joint which may work with the over-the-shoulder cloak. Striped down to its frame, they are also very slim, possibly able to use the full body cloak. Only problem is the backpack connection, which you will need the IBO to universal connection adaptor in smtg like Barbataurus.

A friend already gave me a great idea on who to put this cape on:The Schwarzette. And thinking about it and imagining it it immediately screams yes yes absolutely will buy this set so I can put it on and put it in epic poses.

These could work quite well on older HGs with the 3mm peg shoulder joints if you omit the shoulder armour.

As others have said I do wish we get clear colour versions for this, be cool to replicate the Beam Manteau (mantle?) from G-Reco!

Not every 30mm stuff works with Gundam and you should have a 30mm kit at hand. Don't get me wrong! You have to pump this out, but can't you have at least one or two 30mm kits to test out these parts?

if you take the shoulder armor off you might be able to get the shoulder mounted one on.
a little bit of heat gun treatment and this could easily work for alot of gundams
