Why japan is interested in NE.?
1. Cultural connection somewhere and historical also like monk and Buddhism.
2. There is much scope of development and have a good amounts of natural resources.
3. Ethical understanding due to undeveloped area. But also long term plan COUNTER CHINA.
4. Somewhere profit and schemes of govt are bit more than other. Because of undeveloped area.

As you know....various japanesee soldier have secrified their live in north east...world war, , , , if you visit to north east you could be see various cemetery of 2nd world war ....
