My favorites to raise are Sphinx moths. All kinds. Small eyed, Carolina, waved, all one’s local to me. Deaths head is one that would be new. Although they make a lot of noise at night flying around, I can’t say I enjoy the behavior of silk moths. Giant ones, that is. I’ve raised Polyphemus, Promethea and Luna, all of which have always had extreme pent up tension and behavioral difficulties. I tend to enjoy sticking with large varieties that are capable of feeding and living longer. Therefor, Sphinxes.
