Remember this... KLM Happy Holidays flight 2012

In 2012, KLM stewardess Natalie surprised some travellers at Amsterdam Airport with a Christmas present. The lucky passengers were treated to a Business Class upgrade and a Christmas-themed Boom Chicago comedy show on board of their flight to Chicago.

VO: A seemingly typical day at Schiphol airport. But some passengers on the way to Chicago are about to be treated to a very special flight.
- A very special certain someone told me they've just been very good this year.
- Maybe.. maybe?
- Have I? Yes. Who told you that?
- Oh my god! You have been upgraded to business class. I wanna cry!
- Can I give you a hug?
- Wow.. You have been upgraded to business class.
- It’s the holiday season. Things happen, magic happens right now.
VO: And that’s not the only way these lucky passengers were surprised. Someone is about to make their trip a whole lot merrier.
Welcome aboard on the happy holiday flight, boys and girls, ladies and gentlemen. We love surprising our passengers, with this unforgettable flight. After all, isn’t that what spreading the joy of Christmas is all about.

i definitely have been good trying to help people around the world from here in new york. meeting my friend marjo in the netherlands and spreading peace to my friends all over the world. my dad just passed away on the 28th of november at 90 and it was so nice to have people from all over the world send their love and condolences. truly what life is all about. merry christmas to all from cal in new amsterdam!!!

I've been a good mom, good wife, and good daughter. I hope to travel back to Amsterdam next summer with KL606 and return on KL605.

This video brought a tear to my eye. It's nice to see goodness in the world. Thank you, KLM for making the holidays brighter for unsuspecting patrons of your wonderful airline!

This summer we found our the Chinese parents of our daughter (13 years old). It was a beautiful and intense experience. My daughter's Chinese parents were so very happy to be reunited with her, my daughter no longer feels unwanted. I hope my daughter will be able to visit her parents in 2013. This is my deepest Chrismas wish for her!

Hi KLM, Wow I really get the holiday spirit of this movie! My husband has been very good this year!!! He's a pilot and working hard as a flight instructor at the moment. I've been very good, but then again so have you. I went to Amsterdam for the first time for my birthday in November and it was amazing. We flew KLM, it was so much better than EasyJet and the automated baggage checkin at Schipol was like something out of Minority Report! Loved it. I'd definitely fly KLM again :)

pt.2 . Now it seems we may be making a return journey to Holland with our youngest son.

She is a truly fantastic person, to the point of giving up work to be a full time carer, organiser, head accountant and all the other roles! I would love to take her if Santa allowed to the real Holland (or her Dream - Lapland) by way of saying thank you for being so great. I know the boys would love it too..Will loves airplanes just like his dad! ;-)
