BOOK CHAT | Cannery Row

Again I have struggled so much with the filming and editing of these first review videos! Not a good start to my attempts at talking about books! I didn't even have time to take a decent thumbnail shot... Hopefully things will be better for my review of 'The Book Thief' !!

FRIENDLY REMINDER THAT THE SYNOPSIS FOOTAGE WAS DELETED.
A group of young men on Cannery Row (led by Mack) decide to throw a party for the scientist Doc in order to give back to him some of the joy and help that he brings to the community... but a lot of struggles ensue in this plan.

This video is predominantly spoiler free and any spoilers have been given fair warning in the video. The option to skip spoilers only works if you're on the computer though I'm sorry! If you're the kind of person who doesn't want to know anything before reading books then I'd recommend giving this video a miss! :)

The real life Doc was killed by a train near Cannery Row three years after the book was released.
