How to get superior ascension crystals Archeage events 2.9

Just some player feedback outrage already

"So apparently after completing your first set of quests, turning them in while being in a party with someone with the Ascension homecoming buff (Haven't seen a single person with it), You get 3 new quests.

Defeat Kadum Defeat Red Dragon Defeat Anthalon

First and foremost. the raid's for kadum and red dragon are full 95% of the time.

Second of all, what the fuck? How does a new player just jump back into archeage and say, "I'm going to go kill the second hardest raid boss in the game so i can get my new mount!"

Trion just hosted the name reclaim event which made a large amount account's that were eligible for the ascension homecoming buff ineligible.

Even if you only have to complete the counterpart quests for "Defeat X Boss" by tagging it, you still can't expect most new players to just walk up to red dragon and start hitting it.

This event is poorly planned for north american servers especially and is poorly communicated to boot.

I really hope trion see's how dumb this event is and add's in a recipe to get superior ascension from normal ascension or no one is getting this mount.

i really dont mind trion's decision. idk if its just my love for the game but. I'll just keep playing AA even though how fucked up it got hahaha. its okay anyway i dont need the mounts to be permanent anyway. as long as i get to use the pegasus mount in pirate island for 30 days its okay. hahaha and besides. lvling a pet is tedious. so its less things to worry bout. mad respect for you bruh. been a subscriber since 2000 gearscore to 6.9k. you helped me through the climb with your AH tricks and i love you for that. thanks so much dude

i Agree completely with you jason, and the way trion managed this is just ridiculous. i mean the fact they think enough people are coming back to make this event doable is just ridiculous and just shows how out of touch trino is with the playerbase and the game. anyways, you got a like from me :)

Was really thinking about coming back for 2.9 after blowing up 6k gear score on Rangora a few months back, after seeing this though it seems like Trion have screwed up yet, I'll spend my money elsewhere I think

not only is this event broken, but the workbench where u craft the Ayanad designs won't let u craft it at all #scrapgate

They want you to reapply it, because the buff gets removed, when entering an Arena. I lost my homecoming buff that way around, no warning or anything - Had to wait 5 days for support before I could get it again - this time, being told to avoid arena. :P

hey, dp you know anything about crafting changes? Today there was no option to create an apprentice weapon but it was still needed to make a craftsman weapon

not so bad if it was a world boss in general i tried capturing daruda solo today and when i got him to 900 after faiing at 1700 he committed suicide instead of letting me use another net

wow this new patch feels like its all quests. I hate quests.
Alot of ppl in my guild haven't been able to get the superior crystals even when having the returning player buff.
I have pretty much zero interest in farming all these daily quests....no matter what the rewards are. I don't have as much time to play the game lately...and I'm definitely not gonna waste my playtime trying to figure out new quests.
 Trion has the worst updates/info on new content/patches I've ever seen.
