An Iowa man got the million-dollar treatment after winning just on-dollar in the Iowa lottery earlier this month.
Tyler Heep turned in his scratch-off tickets at the state's lottery headquarters and asked for the "big cheque," which is typically reserved for winners with a few more zeros in the number.
