Massive Belmo fan and so so happy for him; but you gotta feel for EJ. Last 2 frames you can’t help but see him holding back the tears and the pain was clear on his face. Classy touch from Belmo to give EJ some love in his speech.

Both belmo and ej are my favs. They both have good mentality and sportsmanship. You can see how they respect each other alot

This is why I call him the GOAT of my generation. From 56th to win it all and in this fashion. The guy is at the top of the mountain for a reason.

What a COMEBACK! Congrats Belmo, well deserved. From like what 53rd place? to 1st. Unbelievable.

Love their sportsmanship at the end. Belmo and EJ are class acts.

15 majors, and he's still not even 40 years old, unreal, and he's won all 5 with the US Open being the last one he needed in 2020. He's at a level now that idk if anyone will ever catch him, ever.

Absolutely mind blowing. I wasn't expecting him to make it all the way through to the end. Although, he has run the ladder in the past. Talk about sheer tenacity and skill.
Belmo the GOAT.

The love between 2 bowlers, when he puts his hand on his EJ chest

Seeing Belmo win after such a disastrous 1st round. To be THAT FAR out and just take it one shot at a time...and NOW you're holding up your 4th TOC trophy and 15th major?!?? You can't write a better perseverance story!

You know Belmo wanted to win with his ball. He kept on trying it out on the 10th frame. And it’ll be epic when he does win one with his ball.

to go from 51st to 6th, then run the stepladder, this is pretty Historical man. Incredible. Congrats Belmo!.. And EJ, hold your head high brother! It pains me seeing your Title match struggles, but you will overcome it!

Running the stepladder from SIXTH place? Excuse me? This victory gets an asterisk. Thanks, PBA.

12:36 Stepladder graphic is incorrect; Jason Belmonte is the *6th* seed, NOT the 5th seed!
