I have a unit that looks exactly like it. Is it compatible with an RX 580 8 GB card?

What about cleaning the PCB from the upper side . Hence, there is a small gap between the PCB and the box from the upper side, so the PCB maybe dusted dirty there ... and could shorten if there is moister before you turn it on ... there are exposed Soldering there ? . It happens that this upper side is horizontal so the dust perfectly gathers and sits there ?
