AQUOPROTEIN ECOSYSTEM MODULE (AEM): ZERO-WASTE SUSTAINABLE FOOD PRODUCTION SYSTEM
Показать описание
LSOCAMBRIDGETECH, based in Cambridge, UK, is a company working with CAMBOND® bio-based materials through the collaboration with Lim Shrimp Organisation (LSO), a Singapore based aquaculture company to develop vertical on-land aquaculture units from a sustainable natural resource to enable the production of scalable protein to serve the world growing protein markets with the need of less land and water. We will build a “modularized and portable on-land farming unit with zero-emission, zero-polluting water recycling ecological sea cucumber farming system” with a “Plug & Play” business model in the UK, Europe, Japan, China and the South East Asia. The project is suitable for cities and regions with high population density and small land area. The technology is zero-waste, green and no release of any microplastic into food supply chain. The construction materials for the module are mainly based on agricultural waste and food waste to capture carbon in circular economy. It directly contributes to the local food supply chain, and at the same time serves as a model for promoting the development of our ESG impacts to meet UN SDG 2– Zero hunger and SDG 13- Climate Action to tackle the climate change issues.
