My 4 year old received a hatch light alarm clock last year from my mom. It shows a moon at 7:30pm, plays music at 8:00pm so he knows it’s time to wine down, no toys out, watch your cartoons or iPad quietly. Sometimes he listens to his stuff animal dog that reads stories for him to follow along with the book. Then it’s time for prayers and sleep. If he wakes up too early it will show a moon if it’s like around 8-9am the sun will show on the clock.

Edit: I never knew that a child being overtired actually had to do with cortisol in their brain!! This explains so much in regards to the sleep issues my son had when he was a bit younger.
Very interesting stuff! Also, it's really nice to see such awesome co-parenting!

I have to say the show needs an overhaul. It’s gotten so far away from its point. I think the producers should hold casting and pick a new group of teen moms and showcase what it’s like for different ones today, if different socioeconomic backgrounds, races, etc. similar to the original cast but with more intent to highlight the differences in the support they have and how it affects their journey. Bc at this point the shows storylines are just showing them all ( some not even teen moms) deal with normal childhood struggles lol. While it’s good to spread knowledge it’s not why viewers tune into this series
