My first experience with this kind of person was when I was a cake decorator in a grocery store. Someone ordered their own birthday cake. I took the order and decorated it. Went over everything. She wanted different shades of purple for the whole thing plus balloons and flowers with some yellow accents to cut the purple madness.

I did exactly as asked and mixed up 5 or 6 different purples for the cake and everything. I wasn't there when she picked it up but she picked it up herself and approved it. The next day she returned the mostly eaten cake for a full refund claiming it was ugly. I was a new decorator and felt like a failure until I realised the truth that it was a scam

Great idea, Siri. But I think I would start taking a picture of every customer as they came through before I did any work on them. In this day and age everybody is trying to get something for nothing, and you would have the proof to forestall any problems. It's a shame people are so eager to cheat someone. Anxiously awaiting the next part of this Saga. But in the meantime have a super day!

1. If someone doesn't know what dusting is, I don't book with them. 2. I have been growing out my hair from shaved for years, went for a shape up cut, showed 4 photos of the same cut of just above the shoulder hair, which was would be my length shaped up. She had my back to the mirror the whole time, and she gave me a pixie, but didn't charge me $40 for shampoo. (No. She knew she f*cked up)..I went to her because of her 5 star rating. What my dumb ass didn't see was it was for eyelashes and extentions.
