There is no evidence. The Feds already testified to no accident. What’s the jury held up on?

Remember that she does not have to prove her innocence. The defense chose to offer their own theory of the crime, but that doesn’t mean the jury has to decide which explanation is more likely. It’s about whether the state proved her guilt beyond a reasonable doubt, and they have not. The sloppy investigation coupled with the far less than solid medical testimony and lack of direct evidence leaves more than enough reasonable doubt. I don’t even need to touch the question of whether I believe in the conspiracy.

It’s going to be a hung jury.. you’ll be surprised that’s it’s probably more than 2 or 3 who think she’s guilty. Karen Read was very inappropriate in court, she’s very immature. I can say this and still believe she’s not guilty.

I’m not a conspiracy theorist, but this just doesn’t sit right. I don’t care about the ‘cover up’ theory, the arguments, or anything else. The law says beyond a reasonable doubt, you have to be the most certain you’ve ever been to find Karen guilty. Feelings and beliefs put aside, she is 100% not guilty in a court of law. How the hell 1 or more jurors are questioning it makes no sense

I know so many ppl think Karen’s behavior in the court is inappropriate. She either has a smile or a resting Biotch face. Why should anyone have to sit for 9-10 weeks and not be able to smile or laugh occasionally? That’s not even reasonable to expect anyone to do. Especially since she isn’t looking in the direction of the O’Keefes family direction. But if she was, now that would be inappropriate!

I'm surprised that Karen or her father or mother or brother, who is even is a general manager at a car dealership, never took a photo of the taillight damage? Officer Proctor didn't tow her car until 4:30 pm. Her vehicle was towed of course in the winter when it gets dark early so I don't think they were going to take photos in darkness. Seems strange to me and very concerning especially when she's talking to a lawyer. Wouldn't the lawyer want a photo? I would have taken a photo quickly no doubt.
