lechon is a huge deal for filipinos, I live in Canada and here its even only eaten in times of celebration because of how hard it is to prepare and how expensive. I could only imagine how they feel in the Philippines.... the least he couldve done was actually try it. super insulting

It's unprocessed and it might be free range too. He needs to learn about cultures of different country and Its a no brainier that what he did was insulting and disrespectful. No processing here just the real deal . A banquet for a family . This was the food for kings and queens back in the day . No poor people got anywhere near this luxurious food back then .
