Always found it quite sad, how the song emphasizes "There is no need to say goodbye, cause we shall meet again", but Susan never returns, cause she lost her faith and her imagination. For everyone else, there would be a happy ending, but for Susan, this was indeed goodbye.

Susan and Caspian eyeing eachother the whole movie only for her to leave in the end. Why did they get my hopes up like that 😭

That Bear character is one of my favourites from this film. He is like the gentle giant archetype through and through. The way he waves goodbye to them at 2:01 just makes me smile, since it's very similar to that of a child and highlights this idea of his sweetness and innocence.

I love how Lucy smiles when Peter says "It's alright, Lu." This was the phrase he said when they were evacuated.

Andrew Adamson (the director) really deserves a lot of credit for his choice of needle drops. He directed the first two Narnia movies and the first two Shrek movies, and every single song he chose fits perfectly with the mood and emotion of the scenes without being too jarring. I wish he would direct more movies.

Bro I never get emotional with movies, have probably cried in like 5 movies in my whole life (and by crying I mean watery eyes not straight up crying) but every single time I watch this scene I end up SOBBING. The goodbye, everyone looking sad, the damn music. I get transported back to when I watched it at the cinema. I just can't with this scene.

I always have a lump in my throat at this scene especially when the song starts. The changes from the book were wonderful and this kiss is one of them. Caspian's fate has always seemed sad to me and this scene proves it to me every time. And the fact that the sequels didn't see the light of day leaves me with a bitter taste. Ben Barnes would still have had great scenes in the silver chair and with imagination he could have been from "The Last Battle too". So I know I'm going to cry again but I watch it until the end.

J'ai toujours une boule dans la gorge à cette scène surtout quand la chanson commence. Les changements par rapport au livre étaient merveilleux et ce baiser en fait partie. Le sort de Caspian m'a toujours semblé triste et cette scène me le prouve à chaque fois. Et le fait que les suites n'aient pas vu le jour me laisse un goût amer. Ben Barnes aurait quand même eu de belles scènes dans "The Silver Chair" et avec de l'imagination il aurait pu être aussi de "The Last Battle". Alors je sais que je vais encore pleurer mais je la regarde jusqu'à la fin.
