Revisiting Forza Horizon 2 | Forza Horizon in Italy!

I love Italy, and I love racing games. So when you put these two things together, you get my personal favourite Forza game! Forza Horizon 2, that also takes place in France as well. Damn it.

This is my favourite game of all time, loved it on Xbox One. It’s the only thing I miss about my Xbox (since moving to ps4). Loved this game to bits, so nostalgic just watching the first 30 seconds

A modern classic game.
You'd probably get a lot of love if you set up a FH4 club... group... posse... whatever. But unless it's cross-compatible between console and PC, it's not something I could enjoy.

True story: When I first purchased my XBox One S last year, I had bought this game along Horizon 3. I was excited to drive in such a beautiful map, and to learn more about what Horizon was prior to 'Straya. Sadly, the version I purchased was the XBox 360 one.

And Sumo Designs, bless your heart for OutRun 2006 Coast 2 Coast and Sonic All-Star Racing, but you were shafted working on that port. I wound up returning the game, and eventually just sank my teeth into Horizon 3 instead.
This game would've definitely benefitted from two things; Horizon 4's map size and freedom of movement (imagine crossing two different countries with twice the roads to traverse!), and more French cars. I remember Peugeot having next to no good cars (a problem Forza *still* hasn't fixed)...

Also, good lord Tom, the LFA isn't *that* terrible! It has an art car feel to it, and it's a damm sight better than some of BMW's own. And the Lexus LFA art car which was made recently, which is basically black splotches on a white body... :P

I mean if you asked if I'd rather play a driving game in Colorado or the French Riviera, I'd choose France hands down...just shows you can't judge a book by its cover. Horizon 1 FTW!

I love Forza Horizon 2. I still play it to date. Last time I did a roadtrip around the map and crash tested a modern and classic hot hatchbacks

I remember the drift “track” in Nice. A route I’d drift on for hours and hours with friends or just random online players in the city of Nice
