I want to teach you some some useful idioms and expressions that are commonly used in the United States. So let's put your knowledge to the test and see how many of these you can get correct.

Below is the list of idioms and expressions from the lesson.

1) No worries. - you're welcome/no problem
2) plead the 5th - refuse to answer questions so you don't incriminate yourself
3) break a leg - wishing someone good luck
4) game changer - event that shifts the way of doing something
5) bread and butter - one's primary source of income
6) catnap - a short sleep during the day
7) piece of cake - refers to something that is easy
8) hold your horses - wait a moment (impolite)
9) icing on the cake - something that makes something else better
10) shoot the breeze - a casual and friendly chat
11) head in the clouds - describes someone who is not realistic
12) off your rocker - describes a crazy person
13) to have a lot on (one's) plate - to be busy
14) The ball is in your court. - it's up to you to make the next move
15) sweet tooth - great liking of sweet foods
16) to get (one's) ducks in a row - to get organized or prepared for something
17) to get hitched - to get married
18) take a raincheck - politely refuse an offer
