The sad thing is that the lil details like the bird are completely accurate. No one talks about them, no one loves them. Until they are not there, then everyone will say how bland the background is. Lil details like that are one of the things that are vastly important but are a completely thankless addition.

lets just appreciate how much effort chip puts into these videos. i've just started making silly little animations as a hobby, and OH MY GOSH its way harder and more time consuming than i expected. and to make a whole video with animations? all the little transition animations, all the background animations, backgrounds and DRAWINGS IN GENERAL are so hard, and chip makes them all so amazing! lets just take some time to appreciate that effort ❤

This is so true! I’m quite small channel in the yt community, but this is still so relatable! Like, I animated the ‘so you call these thing chips’ meme for fun, finished it in one day, and went like, eh, why not post it, and it’s currently the most popular video on my yt channel. I feel this hard lmao. Animating things are really just not easy at all! They can take days, months or even years to complete. Sometimes there are the fun moments but holy moly it's exhausting as a single person and then when you're trying to get WILLING people to HELP YOU it's insanity. You get these people who say, OH YEAH SURE I'LL HELP! BUT then they just... Sit there... And expect you to do absolutely everything yourself. Even after YOU OFFERED THEM PAYMENT OR ARTWORK OR WHATEVER YOU CAN THINK OF TO ENTICE THEM TO HELP YOU OUT. I just DON'T GET IT. 😭
