This song was such an amazing fit for this scene. Absolutely beautiful

This piano piece is such pure love. It's incredibly moving but so right for them because it captures just how desperately in love they are that they end up covered by paint and colour. Eliott is the artist, he's the one who suggested Jackson Pollack and he's the one who starts the paint fight. Lucas not only ends up covered in paint but consumed by Eliott completely to the point where they end up becoming the art themselves. Them being covered in paint is also symbolic because it's bold and fearless, and representative of the fact that they are stained by these feelings and can't wash them away.
