At the last minute of this lecture, when you heard any sound signals then in this case you have not to alter your course to stbd side . Action should be slow down the speed as per rule 19 e.

Hello Sir, That was a very nice explanation. There was a doubt what if we have a vessel fwd stbd bow and also we have a vessel in stbd quarter and roc exist with that aswell. Which side to alter ? Or reduce speed inform master or stop and start sounding 2 prolonged blast indicating I've stopped ?

sir if RAM on stbd bow and he cannot alter course so can we alter to stbd?

Sir in 19:51 if vsl b will overtake from Port side then it will get stuck due to some obstruction as vsl A has already assessed that in Port side there is some obstruction.
