Shattering Impact carried many of us, myself included, through the early pre-nerf fights against the Wolf of Saturn Six in that Nightwave event back in the day, so the mod will always have my respect just for that ^_^

Whenever I run Helios for whatever reason, because the Deconstructor weapon technically counts as a melee, I run it with a super status build with Viral and Shattering Impact, so both Viral and armor strip happens at the same time as a primer. There are obviously much better strategies, companions, and sentinel weapons/sentinels to use for priming, but this is a fun thing that Helios can do.

I run this mod on hammers. The forward block combo for one of the hammer stances turns you into a fidget spinner for like 0.5 seconds with 6 hits or more.

Tgank you, im a retuning player after a while and vids like these are so damn helpful. Ive been trying to get into solo eidolons and wondering y people were using gunblades and if the gunblade of choice mattered and no one explains. Ive already been burnt from attempting to replicate weapon and warframe builds without fully understanding what make the builds so powerful so having vids like these is really useful.

I like using shattering impact on Nami skyla prime, due to melee stance multi hit and attack speed making it fast to strip armor.

One place where I like to use shattering impact is zariman angels. I kinda like to play with xaku most of the time in zariman, and shattering impact on hybrid build dual keres prime don't matter too much, as the weapon is strong enough with 7 mods (including really good riven) to kill anything in there anyway, even if I do those level 100+ bounties. The only issue is that if I go in melee range, I might get one shot if I'm not careful. It's a bit like playing dark souls, time your dodge well or die.

You can also use Sharpened Claw on your Kavat, and it does a full strip on anything (and with a single hit if you max it). The only drawback is that you rely on their dumb AI.

But shattering impact does work on some enemys have immunity to ability armor strip like the wolf and its still useful against eidolons

Shattering Impact is even less usefull since Unairu can also strip armor and shields at the same time on status resistant/immune enemies (like Liches/Sisters and their hounds). Just remember no armor strip in the game works on Archons.

I'm messing with it for wukong's staff since that's already situational to pull out and I lose my main armor strip (clone using kuva nukor) when I pull it out anyway.

Best is to use it on gunblades such Redeemer / prime and sarpa and vastilok. Rest is not as fast to strip. :(
Just use WF skill or operator skill for strip XD

Mobs most likely die before u can strip them XD
Exceptions are the bosses.

Time for some Archon hunt with bad impact melee. +1 for damage attenuation.

Me who doesn't have the MR for *Vastilok* 😭
