Automatic 4 head ropp capping machine is used for sealing aluminium caps on glass bottles like syrup bottles, wine bottles , pharmaceutical medicines , beverages etc.
In automatic keep the bottles on the conveyor it will move ahead and seal the cap of the bottles
In 4 head machine you can get speed upto 50-60 caps per minute.

The Automatic ROPP Cap Sealing Machine is precision built on sturdy welded frame completely enclosed in stainless steel sheet and doors are provided to facilitate the servicing of machine, hard chrome plating of all exposed parts to ensure long life and resistance against corrosion.
No container No cap arrangement.
Single motor synchronizes conveyor, star wheel, & platform turret.
Adjustable height of conveyor belt, to align with other machine of the line.
Sealing pressure can be varied to suit different gauges and size of caps.
Adjustable bottle height gauge for easy and quick setting.
