When you have a runny nose and nasal congestion do nowadays think this might be the beginning of COVID-19.

My symptoms are: mostly cough, runny nose which is now gone, i cant smell and taste still even though my nose is cleared up so im confused about that? It took about 2 weeks and i am getting better but i want to smell and taste again soon

Very helpful comparisons, and puts matters into perspective a bit. Unfortunately, the longer the media focus on scaring the wits out of people, the harder it will be for people to realise they need to take control of their health i.e. keep their immune system topped up/change their eating and fitness habits etc, and not rely on Government resources. Great video.

It one of the most confusing things - when you have so many illness with very similar symptoms - thank you for highlighting this - very useful. If in doubt I suppose these days always err on the side of caution.

I'm paranoid right now yesterday had a sore throat because a week ago theres phlegm in my throat so I was clearing my throat then my throat got so sore I went to the doctor and got my medication today I woke up my sore throat is gone but this time I'm sneezing and coughing alot I don't know if I have covid cause there was 10 cases in my school of covid I hope I didn't get in contact with them

Mine started with slightly itchy throat and pallette, dry nose, lots of sneezing, snotty nose, some sinus pain, decreased smell and taste (couldn’t smell eucalyptus or alcohol very well) and occasional cough with mucus. I have allergies and currently dealing with a mold issue in my home. I have an idea that this may be sinusitis brought on by dirty air filters and mold.

Great comparisons. Unfortunately they can be so close the differences may not always be noticed. Someone who does this everyday might have a pretty good idea. The rest of us probably won’t be able to tell. Thanks.

That was very confusing and didn't help to clarify anything. Should I listen again?
