Abstract : The invention relates to propulsion engine,
Operating in water or air environment,
This engine includes: a truncated cone cavity to hold the environment,
with small end connected to the environment outside;
An electric oscillator, as a power supply for a mechanical oscillator;
The mechanical oscillator acts on the environment inside the cavity
make the environment oscillate accordingly
This leads to the pull/push of environmental media outside
in/out the cavity
Through the small end of the cavity
So, a thrust is applied to the larger end of the cavity.

Most of the sound energy is spreading in air. Light emiting diode converts most of the electric energy in to light . Is such arrangement possible for sound ?

you still need a medium (air or water) to thrust backward to get forward motion. it could be more efficient but can't work in space. would you like to discuss the possibilities?
