By the look of his face, he knew that his coin is fake 😁👌🏽

Obviously the last number was scrubbed off intentionally to try to pass it off as an 1894.

No possible way to scrub that hard without it being intentional

The fact that NGC wouldn't authenticate it pretty much nailed it as not a '94 right there.

I love how Rick waited until the very end to tell him it was not real lol.

This was an insult to the coin finding gardening community.

The guy came in smiling and smirking, like he found the Holy Grail, Rick shut him down left red in the face and almost crying...😂🤣🤣🤣🤣

In my early days of metal detecting I found an 1893 S Barber Dime in Paducah, Ky. I have it to this day! My Uncle had a Drug Store at 17th and Jefferson St. Miss my home town!

I actually found a 1912 Barber Dime in our dirt driveway one time, several years ago. It was right where the driveway meets the paved road. I cleaned it with just a little warm water, and then looked at it under a magnifying glass. It was badly scratched, but all the details and relief were there, which tells me it was dropped when new. I have it in a 2x2 cardboard coin mount. Despite the scratched condition I think it's the coolest thing I've found.

Rick should have offered him nine cents for it. 😂

Mr. Brown would have called it the Holy Grail, and amazing...the bees knees, the cat's meow.

If NGC did grade it, it was no good. End of story. Was fun to watch. Great video

My grandmother's cousin who was an antique dealer came across one in a batch of coins. I remember him showing it to me. Cased in plexiglass. At the time he could not provide "Providence" he may have later do not know. Who knows that may have been the ice cream coin!

Rick is master of heart breaking 😂😂 first... its very very rare and priceless, soon as seller offers, things suddenly become fake and useless. 😷😷

He is trying to con the con man himself.

Don’t put it in your pocket! It will get mixed up with the other change and become just a dime... which it is.
