This is only meant for emergency situations. Burning plastic releases toxic fumes. But sadly most of the plastic thrash in the world gets burned in powerplants or floats into the oceans. Therefore burning a very small piece of plastic in a emergency to light a fire shouldnt shouldnt impact the world very much. Eitherway always take your thrash back home and try to pick at least one piece you see everytime you get out in to nature! =)
