This 3 stages trike grows with your little one:
In the first stage, the red button must be shifted to the right for parental control. The footrest should be open and the clutch should be pulled out. There's also a safety harness and safety bar to keep your baby secure.

During the second stage, your child will begin learning how to pedal. To easily switch the trike from parent-control mode to child-control mode, make sure the footrest is folded and the safety bar is removed. Then, press the red button and turn the wheel until you hear a "click". The handlebar is now activated, so your little one can steer independently.

Push the clutch in to allow your child to pedal independently. You can still use the parent handle as needed.

When you feel your child is ready to take full control in the third stage, remove the parent handle to transform the SmarTrike into a classic tricycle.
