Sometimes bass players are referred to as the glue in the band. The one who holds it all together - rhythmically and harmonically. Scott Colley does that and so much more. He lays it down and at the same time plays with a freedom that allows other exquisite moments to happen. I’m so grateful for the sensitivity and soul he brings to my album.
