The riders losing potential thing is frustrating but I think it makes perfect sense. Riders who are highly touted as juniors failing to make an impact as pros is WAY more common than riders who were just OK as juniors going on to become stars.

I have a question regarding your season planning/objectives. How important do you consider the rest period (red colour) for the riders after their planned fitness peaks? Personally I never schedule races for my riders if they have a rest week planned. But I see that you, using Torres as an example, will have your riders do races while they are supposed to be resting (Hongrie and Spanish champs in this case).

Generally I find the timing of fitness peaks and resting of riders quite difficult sometimes, especially when the squad size grows past 20+ riders. It's hard to time the riders' second or third fitness peaks of the season with the intended races, while also giving them enough rest in between.

Anyway, great videos - you're by far my favourite PCM-YouTuber outh there.

Fietzke and Isidore are ready to become absolute monsters in my 3rd year BMC save (July 2027 atm). Fietzke (how amazing is his name btw as a dutch speaking Belgian) in my team has 6 star potential cobbles (75 atm) 5.5 overall. Just looked up isidore, he has 81 hill stat 5.5 overal potential at the age of 22. HOW THEY MASSACRED MY BOYS. I do ride alot of races with my team, inbetween 35/50 races per dude. Maybe it helps with development? Or the game just hates u hahaha. Anyways looking forward to the next vid!
