I don't watch your videos at night. I like watching during the day when I notice I have a bit more tension in my neck and shoulders. Watching your videos helps me focus on my posture and relaxing which helps get rid of tension and in turn reduces pain. I watch other asmr videos but honestly they don't help me relax as well.
